The staff is friendly, and the room is small but clean. The front desk is not staffed 24/7, but the access to the room is easy. No elevator, just FYI. Perfect location.

Mycket trevligt boende som var över förväntan. Rekommenderas starkt och värt ett återbesök om man besöker Split igen. Nära till staden, butiker i närheten, mycket trevliga rum med bra service.

NO desire to achieve customer satisfaction
I would like to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. While the initial condition of the room was acceptable, my experience took a negative turn on the second night when the hot water was not functioning properly, forcing me to endure a cold shower. Upon realizing the issue, I promptly contacted the property owner for assistance. However, I was deeply disappointed to receive absolutely no response until the following day. This lack of communication and apparent disregard for customer satisfaction was surprising and disheartening. The complete absence of accountability or any attempt to address the inconvenience left me feeling extremely frustrated and let down. Frankly, I am appalled by observing no desire to achieve customer satisfaction. If it were possible, I would rate the hotel with zero stars for this experience.

Bra läge med nära till allt. Fint och fräscht rum och underbart trevlig personal. Hotellets enda nackdel är att det tyvärr inte är tillgängligt för alla. Flos Luxury Rooms är placerat längst upp i ett lägenhetshus utan hiss. Men 10/10 i övrigt!

If you can grab a room in this hidden gem make sure you do it. Girlfriend and I had just finished a brutal series of flights and it was such a relief to check into Flo's. Awesome service, super friendly staff, great bed and amenities (shower is incredible haha) and really central. Don't let the exterior fool you, once you get up the stairs to the place it's terrific. Definitely will be staying again next trip to Split.

Had the best stay ever at Flos Luxury Rooms. The rooms are so beautiful and clean! Perfect location to walk to old town and the promenade. The reception staff is so friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make my stay special. They even surprised me with chocolates on my birthday! As a solo traveler I felt very safe and comfortable. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Split!!

Modern and well furnised rooms but no lift.
We enjoyed our stay at Flos luxury room. The room was modern but a little too small. The biggest issue was that there was no lift and the apartment was located on the 3rd flood.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were wonderful, great style and luxury features. Only downside was they are up three flights of stairs with no lift available which, when carrying suitcases was quite an effort in the heat of summer.

Well first of all the hosts Antonia and Petra were just sensational, always helpful and accommodating. My room was exceptional could not fault, new clean spacious and close to all that Split has to offer. Will definitely comeback here.
