Ich hatte ein Zimmer ebenerdig mit einer Tür zum Hof und einer zur Fußgängerzone hin. Was zunächst etwas bewöhnungsbedürftig war. Aber alles ist bestens gesichert und somit kein Problem. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und modern eingerichtet und nur zwei Ecken von der Altstadt entfernt. Besser geht es für Preis nicht! Ich kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

Wir waren eine Woche dort und fühlten uns von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl. Das Team ist sehr zuvorkommend und ausserordentlich hilfsbereit. Das zeigten sie auch schon in der Kommunikation bevor man anreiste. Das Apartment ist sehr geräumig, modern eingerichtet und an Sauberkeit nicht zu übertreffen. Es wurde jeden Morgen ein kleines Frühstück bestehend aus Croissants, Früchte, Tee und Kaffee als kleine Aufmerksamkeit des Hauses gereicht. Die Lage ist optimal; Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Innenstadt, etc. ist in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Sehr modernes Appartement in Top Lage
Das Appartement liegt im Stadtkern von Split und es kann alles zu Fuß erreicht werden. Es ist neu und modern eingerichtet und verfügt über eine kleine Küche. Sogar kleine Kosmetikartikel waren bereitgestellt. Das Personal (Rezeption) war sehr freundlich und äußerst hilfsbereit. Darüber hinaus wurde jeden Morgen ein kostenloser Snack mit Kaffee, Croissant und frischem Obst serviert.

Ruhige Umgebung, sauber, schöner Innenhof.
Die Altstadt ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen . Der Marjan Park ebenso. Hier hat man einen tollen Blick über die Bucht , Inseln über die Stadt. Auch im Winter lohnenswert.

Modernes Appartment nahe der Altstadt von Split
Wir haben einen wunderbaren Kurzurlaub in diesem Appartment in Split verbracht. Das Appartment ist ganz modern, sauber und ideal gelegen. In nur knapp 5 Gehminuten hat man die Altstadt von Split und dessen Hafenanlage erreicht und ist damit mitten im Geschehen. Ansonsten ist die Anlage ruhig gelegen und umgeben von weiteren Appartments. Supermärkte, Bäckeien und Restaurants sowie ein TouristenInformationszentrum sind zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Das Service-Personal ist sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder. :)

Sehr netter erster Kontakt bei telefonischer Buchung des Airport Shuttle Services ( ideal bei Ankunft am Abend, wenn man direkt zur Unterkunft gebracht wird), freundlicher Empfang, Zimmer blitzsauber, Wlan sehr gut. Lage ideal, nur wenige Schritte von Zentrum/ Altstadt. Morgens Früchte, Getränke, Croissants offeriert, obwohl bei Buchung kein Frühstück inclusive erwähnt ist, nette Überraschung. Am Abreisetag Gepäckaufbewahrung und , auf Anfrage, Information über Bus zum Flughafen vom Hafen aus ( günstig, ideal ohne viel Gepäck und wenn man sich schon in der Stadt auskennt). Kleiner Punkteabzug für Hellhörigkeit ( Zimmer zwischen Strasse und Innenhof), man hört jedes Wort von beiden Seiten. Ausserdem Ausklapp-Sofa statt Bett mit Matratze; ok für 2 Nächte, aber für längeren Aufenthalt wäre mir richtiges Bett lieber. Insgesamt guter Aufenthalt zu fairem Preis.

We loved our stay(s) at Apartments Korta in Split. We stayed for two nights before our cycle cruise and two nights after. On our first stay, we were in an apartment on the second floor with a balcony. On our second stay, we were on the 3rd floor with vaulted ceilings and a great view but no balcony. Both units were clean, modern, comfortable, and quiet. The kitchens were well stocked with pots, pans, and dishes. There are multiple grocery stores within a 5-minute walk. Numerous dining and shopping options are nearby. The beds were amazingly comfortable (best sleep on our 4-week trip). The bathroom was large, newly renovated, and spotlessly clean. There were windows on both sides allowing for a lot of light and fresh air. AC worked great and we had plenty of hot water. The apartments are just outside the main tourist area (literally a block away) and it was easy to reach from the cruise dock and bus/train station. The self-check-in instructions were fantastic and easy to follow (with pictures and everything). The staff were very friendly and easy to reach via WhatsApp. We felt safe walking in the neighborhood after dark. A perfect place to stay in Split and I hope that we have the opportunity to stay again in the future. There are a lot of stairs to reach the upper units. If you have mobility issues you may want to request a main floor unit off the courtyard.

Excellent location, very nice room, I was on the ground floor however so no windows and a door that was right up against a pedestrian street - so quite loud - you could hear people pass day and night as if they were in your room. Upper floors might be quieter but I recommend they put a planter with a bush in front of that door because it was really loud.

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. It is well situated to tour Split. Staff was very responsive and helpful prior to arrival. The only minor issue is parking, but we did find on-street parking which worked out just fine. The courtyard is a perfect spot for unwinding, and enjoying a morning coffee and croissant. Would definitely stay here again, and recommend the apartment.

The apartment was great, and in a perfect location close to everything in old town Split. The staff made it easy to check in, helped me figure out parking (which was close by- only 12 Euros for 24 hours). They also went above and beyond in helping my husband arrange flowers and chocolates to be there when my daughters and I arrived. I cannot recommend this lodging and the staff enough!!!

The apartments were modern and convenient for our stay in Split. The kitchen was great to have, as there is a small market right down the street. The host was super responsive to all our inquiries regarding parking and amenities. We couldn't quite figure out the water heater so the second shower of the night would usually be cold, but that may have been our fault. Otherwise, would definitely recommend Apartments Korta!

Perfect place for stay
Nice location. Easy check in. Very comfortable, clean and tidy apartment with balcony and friendly helpful staff. Kitchen contained all necessary appliances and utensils. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Great value for money. Highly recommended.

This property was in an excellent location. It was very comfortable and we enjoyed the balcony. The coffee and croissants in the courtyard every morning was a nice bonus. This property had everything we needed for our stay. I would definitely stay here again.
