GreenPeiz (pronounced 'Green Peas') is a beautiful upper floor apartment featuring a King-sized master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a second bedroom with twin beds that can be converted into a King, if desired. Each bedroom has a hair dryer, fitted wardrobes, ceiling fans and air conditioning. French doors in the master bedroom open onto the expansive veranda.

A second full bathroom is located adjacent to the second bedroom.

The modern fitted kitchen is well equipped with ceiling fan, microwave, fridge/freezer, ice-maker, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, stove and oven and two UK 220 volt power points. The kitchen is fully outfitted with cookware, utensils, glasses, plates, etc. Great care has been taken in stocking the home with quality kitchenware and household items for your comfort and convenience.

The spacious open-concept living/dining room has 2 ceiling fans, seating for 6, occasional tables and lamps and a flat screen Smart TV with Amazon Firestick (Netflix, Prime, Cinema HD, etc.). The dining table seats 6. French doors lead from the living room to the veranda.

The large veranda has a dining table that seats 4 and shutters for privacy. There are 2 comfortable reading chairs and a coffee table. The veranda overlooks the tiered pools, gazebo and gardens.

Two Amazon Echo Dot speakers, 1 in the bedroom and 1 in the living area, are available for your enjoyment; you can connect either through Bluetooth or with your AUX cable. You may unplug these speakers, if you wish.

The front of the apartment overlooks the beautiful West coast; you can enjoy your favourite beverage while watching some of the most breathtaking sunsets.

The resort boasts a club house with wireless internet, TV, infinity pool and jacuzzi. There is a well equipped gym and 2 tennis courts; tennis lessons are available on request. There are 40 acres of gardens, walking paths and a beautiful cliff-side gazebo with picnic tables.

Vuemont is a gated community with 24 hour security.

A convenient and well stocked supermarket is just two minutes away en route to unspoiled Speightstown where further shops, restaurants, bars, banks and beaches are located.

Further attractions in Speightstown include a local fish market, fresh vegetable/fruit street stalls, galleries, a museum and bakeries.

Only a few minutes away is beautiful Heywoods Beach, home to Port St. Charles Marina. Mullins beach and beach bar with car parking, jet skis and other water sports is a 10 minute drive. The dramatic East coast is 20 minutes away, passing the near the Farley Hill Wildlife park. St. Nicholas Abbey, a working plantation producing award winning rum is within easy reach; enjoy a tour of the great house, lunch in the restaurant set amongst the cool Mahogany gardens, a ride on the steam locomotive and watch cane being pressed in the circa 1890s cane juice steam press. Scenic Cherry Tree Hill is within easy reach.

World class West coast restaurants such as Tides, The Fish Pot and many more are within easy reach.

The Lime Grove complex in Holetown boasts a cinema, many bars, restaurants and duty free shopping and high-end designer shopping like Cartier and Gucci.

Enjoy a round of golf at any of the award-winning courses in Barbados - Apes Hill, Sandy Lane and Royal Westmoreland. The very popular Barbados sport of Polo which is available to everyone can be enjoyed at Waterhall near Apes Hill.

GreenPeiz is located at Mt. Brevitor. Due to the elevation, the apartment is constantly refreshed with a wonderful breeze. We enjoyed having our meals on the patio, while enjoying the birds, the monkeys and the cooling effect of the trade winds blowing across the patio. At night, we had a beautiful view of the Speightstown and Port St. Charles area. In the daytime, we also had a nice ocean view.Our hosts Stacey and Pedro were very accommodating and took care of any concerns that we had.Overall, we had a very good vacation at GreenPeiz and would love to stay there again.

Stacey and Pedro have worked hard to accommodate all the needs of visitors to their comfortable and attractive apartment. The kitchen is particularly well stocked with cooking utensils, china, and cutlery. Stacey and Pedro respond quickly and effectively if problems arise. They are a pleasure to deal with.

Unbelievable hosts , lovely apartment

Our hosts were absolutely wonderful, they did everything they could to ensure that we had the best stay in Barbados. The flat is lovely, clean and has everything you will need for a holiday. They have thought of lots of small things that really do help. For example, there is a cool box with blue ice Packs, very comfortable beach chairs, an umbrella for the beach, and beach towels . The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need. The bedroom was very comfortable ( there are 2 bedrooms) and there are two bathrooms with good showers. The view from the balcony is lovely it is over the swimming pool. The balcony is large and airy and we spent many an evening sitting out enjoying the cool breeze. Our hosts even arranged for us to meet one of her friends and take my husband fishing. This is a delightful accommodation, and we would thoroughly recommend it. It is only about an eight minute drive to beautiful beaches, there is a shop at the bottom of the road that is reasonably priced and you can get your shopping. We have had a wonderful holiday and will definitely be coming back.. thank you, Stacey and Pedro for looking after us.

Relaxing winter sun break with friends

Comfortable and clean apartment with plenty of space for 2 couples including a well equipped kitchen. Spacious verandah overlooking the pool was great for outside dining. Surrounding gardens were well maintained and the clubhouse pool was great for sunset swim. Great base for exploring Barbados attractions but you definitely require a car. Good supermarket a short drive from the apartment. Initial problem with hot water heating heating quickly sorted. Overall an enjoyable holiday.

Disappointed

This property is poorly kept. When we arrived at the property from the parking area to the apartment, you are greeted by termites such as millipedes, centipedes ants and other crawling insects. Inside the Apt. are ants on the kitchen counters and the bedroom. The patio was not functional, it was covered with birds feces Moreover, the water from the taps were brown and rusty, plus, there were no, body wash or soap in the bathrooms or even a change of bed linens or towels. We've thrown out pastries that we've purchased because of the ants infestation. Additionally, the roads leading to this property (mt brevitor) are horrendous. Huge crators/pot holes in the roads was a big turnoff.

The area surrounding the apartment was well kept with a lovely swimming pool up on the hill with views to the coast which was appx 5 minutes away by car. The apartment was Very comfortable with everything you need at hand .The verandah was lovely and Ideal for outdoor eating at any time of the day.We be back hopefully in the future.

Fantastic well maintained property with a lovely view.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at GreenPeiz. Everything is so well thought out with all the amenities you will need for a family holiday. The hosts are super helpful and available for any queries you may have. Our two children loved using the swimming pools and vuemont is just a lovely place to be around when not exploring the island.

Lovely peaceful property

We feel that this property is better than shown in its photographs. It is spacious, comfortable and has all you need for your stay. The balcony/terrace is very spacious and we spent many hours sat out here enjoying the peace and quiet. The site is well looked after and you can see people working each day in the gardens, maintenance and the gate staff are really friendly. If we return to Barbados we would stay at this property again. The owners are pleasant, quick to reply and were extremely kind in letting us have a later check out.

Fantastic, tranquil apartment

The apartment was spotlessly clean with absolutely everything you need for a great holiday including large fluffy towels, spacious showers, a relaxing balcony for al fresco meals or just reading a book, ceiling fans and air con (take your pick) and all the equipment to cook your own meal plus a spacious fridge and freezer. There are three separate pools on site catering for the whole family. If you want to go out for the day the owners provide a selection of Tupperware you can use for packed lunches and picnics, there are a couple of beach chairs plus a cool box and bag all in the cupboard on the balcony. Would definitely return if we come back to Barbados

Lovely apartment, great location

We have stayed at this property several times and love it. A spacious, clean and well presented apartment that has everything you need for a family holiday. Vuemont is secure, well maintained with great pools, a small gym and tennis courts. Its' location gives great views over the Caribbean sea and easy access to Speightstown and the west coast. Fantastic apartment and location!

Have stayed in property when owned by previous owners so already knew we loved the apartment, Vermont, location (top of hill - great views!) and that close to great beaches and restaurants. Stacey and Pedro are great hosts - they’ve ensured the apartment has absolutely everything required for your stay and were really responsive before and during our stay. Back in January and can’t wait! Hire car a must
