„Two biggest complaints: there was no WiFi and the air conditioning vent in the downstairs bathroom leaked so bad we had to use all the towels and eventually a large pot to keep the floor dry. Communication via guest contact was useless. I emailed the first time at 6pm on Thursday, and it’s Sunday and I’ve still not gotten a response. „The stay was okay for me & my family. The beds weren’t comfortable at all. There was a stain on one of the bedroom sheets, so we had too wash it before laying in it. Other than that it was okay. Would I book again… probably not only because we all complained about the beds being very uncomfortable.“
