"The listing is spot-on! This quiet condo has everything you would need to just unpack your clothes and head to the beach! Don’t worry about dragging your house along with you! Delightful neighbors, quiet street with a 2 minute walk to the beautiful beach, and minutes to great dining! The hosts were so thoughtful and even made sure we knew about an upcoming shuttle launch. Will certainly come back!"

"We had a fantastic time. The property was amazing right on the river, watching the manatees and dolphins from the deck, close to the beach, the kids loved the pool. The optional boat rental was a fantastic option. Oscar, the property manager, was a super nice guy. I can't recommend this property enough for a getaway."

"We could not have picked a better location. From strolling on the beach to playing in the ocean water everyone enjoyed their time. When exhausted we returned to the picturesque backyard and the quiet of the canal, a very relaxing spot. The owner was easy to reach and always pleasant. This house has had many upgrades and it appears that there is more to come. We would certainly look to coming back another time."

"Condo was clean but dated from 1990's, Grounds overgrown around pool which was far from room. Grills are charcoal and old so we cooked in room. We did not know 2nd floor and I mentioned recent back surgery no interested in moving us. Charged my credit card money for cleaning fee and I had paid in full? Removed when I left but I had to check when I returned home. Then asked for customers to take out the garbage and then there was a tip envelope for maid? No daily maid service..."

"Nice place we were there for a week … upon checking in we realized the property hadn’t been cleaned and beds were dirty from last renters … we notified Vrbo and the property manager (who seemed annoyed and bothered by our frustration and couple calls not just texting) she responded after several try’s, said “just go to dinner and find something to do” (after 20 hours in the car and being 3pm unshowered or changed dinner was the last thing on our minds. "We had the best time staying in this home. The views were beautiful. The beds were so comfortable. The home was so close to everything. It had so much room and the pool table and game/movie room were so fun! We would definitely stay here again."

"The Coco Sands villa was a great place to spend a couple of nights. It was walkable to the beach. It was clean and had a 50s/retro vibe. Our only complaint were the shades on windows. Because the window shades were vertical blinds with plastic slats and they had gaps, we noticed that people driving on the street could easily see in at night. Other than that a good place to stay! "
