„The house was very clean and well stocked for all beach needs. The kitchen was easy to cook in and had everything we needed. Our kids loved the loft upstairs and the two downstairs bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our family. We all enjoyed the outside shower and the grill. We definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a nice place close to the beach. Our kids did surf camp at School of Surf and were able to walk to the school’s summer camp. „This was easy to find location that is right in between the inlet side and the ocean side allow you access to both sides of Coca Beach. Everything was clean and was easily accessible. A quick walk to the beach and we saw a rocket launch and sea turtle tracks. The owner was fantastic about answering questions and giving local insights. We will definately be staying again. “

„We absolutely loved the location in regards to the activities we had planned. The layout of home was great! Everything we needed was available. Unfortunately, the shower in the master bath would not maintain a consistent temperature. That was very uncomfortable and took away from what would have been a near perfect stay. The back yard had not been cleaned since recent storms. Was not safe to walk around. Overall was a wonderful stay though. “

„This was a lovely duplex, beautifully furnished and centrally located but still super quiet. Everything was accurate in the description and the photos. Our family enjoyed our trip and our hosts were responsive, kind, and made the stay great! The coffee bar was a huge bonus and the beach gear made the trip so much better. We would stay here again. “

"Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Für das Nachtessen wurde uns ein super Rest. empfohlen. Das Zimmer war mit Blick zum Meer schön und mit Terrasse. Für 1-2 Nächte super, für mehr wohl etwas klein vor allem das Badezimmer. Parking war kostenlos und vor dem Hotel. Das Frühstück war reichlich und gut organisiert mit einer Theke, welche sehr freundlich bedient war. Der Weg zum Meer war perfekt und lädt zum Schwimmen ein."
