„The communication was excellent. I received a response to my emails within 30 minutes if not sooner. The property was as described with a large area in the TV room where we could all gather and play games. Location was easy to find with enough parking spots for 5 cars. Check-in was super easy as they left the door unlocked so we could get right in. We arrived on Christmas day and as an added surprise they let us check-in at noon instead of 4pm. That was huge!!
