„Stayed overnight in this gem of an apartment on our SW state parks hopping adventure. Walkable to many good restaurants. Close to parks and hiking trails. In the heart of quaint downtown. Easy parking. Super clean. Consistent and timely communication w/owners. We could have been quite comfortable staying for longer. I’d have titled it “Perfection” if a mountain or ocean view was included, and that’s just plain impossible in MN. “

„Great place to stay if you want something that feels like a home away from home. Super cozy, cute and updated apartment. Full kitchen, living room area and a great deck to relax on. Walking distance to Main street where you have your pick of shops and restaurant/bars. We were there for a wedding and our first trip to Marshall was a success. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to visit!“

„Stayed here for an overnight down from Minneapolis and it was perfect. Walking distance to the venue and bars/restaurants/coffee shops. Apartment was clean, had the basic necessities, and was a good landing spot. Only issue was dead batteries in the tv remote, but we survived!“

„The owners of this property have thought a lot about what their renters may need. We were there for a short time but there was so much that we may have needed already there. Our clothes for a wedding were wrinkled from being in our suitcases but no worries, there was an iron, iron board, and steamer for us to use, along with a lint roller, etc. The kids loved finding games to play for our small amount of down time. We would definitely stay again if we were ever in the area!“
