We were able to walk to different parts of the lake from this property and easy walking to the main downtown/ Martine Museum. There is a full kitchen with most supplies. The layout of the place was nice as well. The bridge that goes over the Black River is right outside and it didn’t affect our sleeping. I even brought ear plugs just incase and never used them. I will say that there must not have been recent guests before us because we saw a lot of dust and cobwebs on the windows and room fans, but we cleaned it up as needed. The walk to the beach was much further than we anticipated, thankfully our 4 year old is always up for an adventure as the path down and pack up is extremely steep.
