„I had called many many times for specific things like utensils, clogged tollet etc. I every time waited for 2 hours and called again and then finally they came to my room. “

„Me and my went to have some alone time at the bar and pool which neither was available per the manager they have informed you guys of the amenities not being available for what i oaid i could have went somewhere where i get it all. Parking only had valet there wasnt any other option due to them closing in two weeks smh “
