Everything was great about the apartment -- the cleanliness, location, responsiveness of the host -- all great. However, on the last night, some guests checked in to the apartment directly above us at midnight, and proceeded to make noise (unpacking, cooking, running laundry machine) until around 2am. „The apartment is very clean, well-equipped and has enough space to feel comfortable. Only problem: it is quite noisy. The road next to the property is very busy, cars and trucks pass almost permanently by from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. The provided earplugs are a nice gesture and very necessary. The house is not very sound-proof, every step of the people upstairs can/must always be heard.“

„As others have said, the building is some nondescript, and the condo is up a flight of stairs over a garage, but the interior is lovely, spacious and comfortable. Plenty of space in the kitchen and a large dining room. It was very nice that each room had it’s own bathroom. The bunk room was on the street side, but seemed pretty quiet, and the other bedrooms were even quieter. The kitchen seemed well supplied, but, honestly, we went out a lot. „The condo was adorable and had plenty of room for the 4 of us. It was not too far of a drive visiting different areas in Acadia National Park. We loved walking through the marina and seeing all the boats. Check in was very easy. Will definitely come back.“

„We really enjoyed our stay in this home and location. We had everything we needed in the condo. We did not hear our neighbors at all. The loft stairs are a little tricky but we had adult children manuvering the stairs so it worked out. There is a BR in the downstairs next to the main BR if you have youngsters. The views are outstanding. Don't miss a sunset. Some mornings there is fog so when it's clear you won't want to miss it. Beautiful. We would stay again and definitely recommend.“

Great view of the ocean front and seawall. Condo was nicely appointed with all the conveniences. Only thing lacking was a pizza cutter. Would go back in a heatbeat.“
