„It is winter in Australia. The motel had the air con heat set at 10 degrees, no phone in the room. So no way of getting help at 3 a.m in the morning. The temperature was 5 degrees that night. No extra blankets either. I also called the motel before arriving and said I would pay in cash when we arrived. They used my credit card before we arrived, was not happy about that. Overall disappointed. For a small country town $203 a night ( standard motel room) I would not stay there again“

„Clean and comfortable“

„Motel rooms are a good size, very clean but dated. Front reception was Michael, a great guy and helpful. Great view of the mountains outside of the rooms at the bottom end. I didn't like someone's rubbish in the bin inside my room. Didn't like the small half glass cut open in the bathroom which allowed cold air in. Air con worked perfectly on heat. Bed was hard for me. Bathroom immaculately clean. In the end of the day the price is right.“

„The room was very clean and well maintained, The guy in the office was amazing after i had stuffed up and thought the front desk closed at 9pm when it was actually 7pm that night. I arrived just after 8pm and had to call them he came down and got me sorted out.“
