„Perfect for our family of 5! We had our 3 girls share the king bed and we had the down stairs bedroom. The beds were very comfortable. Great location. Could ride bikes into town and several beaches. We could use the Wave Shuttle to get places a little farther away. Would stay there again. “

„We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was a great location- easily walkable to downtown Nantucket. The property was clean and well decorated. We could have used more towels and the dryer was very slow to dry towels when we washed them. But very minor in terms of a great rental! “

„We’ve been to the Cape many times, for many years, but this place is very special. The location cannot be beat and having the private beach for a backyard is amazing! The house is very small but had all we needed, was perfect for me and my two kids. The beds were comfortable and the off street parking in the driveway was very nice. If you know Yarmouth, this location is very easy to get to anything you’d want to go to. Thanks for the wonderful weekend!“

„We felt like we were far away from everything but in 5 minutes by car we were at a shopping center and great restaurants. The boathouse loft was well appointed with everything we needed. The owner was welcoming to us and our dog. Amazing view of Swan Pond, a beautiful little salt water estuary we kayaked & paddle-boarded on. Easy access to multiple town beaches & the national seashore beaches! Loved our week-long stay & will be back. “

„Second time staying here, and it was just as lovely as I remembered. The location can't be beat - we spend a lot of time lounging on the deck watching the birds and listening to the ocean, and of course taking many walks on the beach.The living room could use a good reading light near the couch or chairs (the lamp next to the couch is quite dim), but otherwise everything is great!“

Directly across the street from Ocean Edge Mansion where we had breakfast on the Terrace. Walked to the Snowy Owl for coffee. Good communication with homeowners. „I was on a Father / Daughter trip celebrating my daughters 50th Birthday. We began our trip in Chatham Cape Cod, then Martha's Vineyard and finished in Nantucket, which was our favorite location. Loved the cute cottage atmosphere and only wish we were a bit closer to town, but the mid island bus made it so easy to get back and forth. I will definitely recommend your cottage to my friends“

„The house is in a great location being close to all of Brewsters amenities but also having a beach at the end of the road. We didn't get to use the kayaks as the weather was great, but it was good to know they were available for us. We had everything we needed in the house and it was better than we expected. As it was just the two of us we didn't try the pull out bed. Even though we were there in the bad weather the house stayed nice and warm. We would come back here. “
