„We felt like we were far away from everything but in 5 minutes by car we were at a shopping center and great restaurants. The boathouse loft was well appointed with everything we needed. The owner was welcoming to us and our dog. Amazing view of Swan Pond, a beautiful little salt water estuary we kayaked & paddle-boarded on. Easy access to multiple town beaches & the national seashore beaches! Loved our week-long stay & will be back. “

„Second time staying here, and it was just as lovely as I remembered. The location can't be beat - we spend a lot of time lounging on the deck watching the birds and listening to the ocean, and of course taking many walks on the beach.The living room could use a good reading light near the couch or chairs (the lamp next to the couch is quite dim), but otherwise everything is great!“

The cottage is in a great location. You can walk to almost anywhere you want to go. The beaches are a bit far to walk to, but the PTown shuttle is free, dog friendly and convenient. We took it to the beach several times. We had a great stay.“

„Great little cottage. Perfect location to walk to beach, Main st Hyannis, Cape Cod baseball league game, and harbor. Backyard space was more of a front yard so not much privacy. Wished they had a couple beach chairs for use. Overall, it was a good spot and I would rent again for a short visit.“
