„This was a lovely rental. The space was very sophiscated with antique furnishings and beautifully painted walls. It was super clean. The space is a lot bigger then you’ll see in the listing. It sits on an estuary with lovely birds, bunnies, chipmunks, and the occasional black kitty. Lloyd the owner lives above the unit and is so gracious, respectful, and sweet. „Some of the windows blinds are broken, kitchen cabinets drawers don't open or close properly, and the kitchen stove fan handle is broken. The apartment doesn't have any iron , i communicate with the agent she directed me to fewer places to look for it and after that, she never got back to me. Overall, i enjoyed staying with the family. i had a great time.“

The fees for the stay was more than the room for it not to even include pool passes. For the price there should be some inclusion. The beds & pillows were uncomfortable. It was a nice place overall but if you plan on raising prices for the summer I advise you make it worth it.“

„This little cottage was perfect for my wife and I. We started coming to the Cape in the Fall because the Summers are too crowded for us there. This cottage was nearly perfect for our stay. It is nestled in a small loop off of the road where there are a few cottages. Not bad in October but probably more bustling in the Summer.
