As others have mentioned the bathroom is ground level so if you have to pee 2-3/night like this old lady does, if you can take the little bedroom ...

„Beautiful apartment. Fluffy towels and plenty of them. The beds were comfortable, as were the sheets, blankets and pillows. Very well appointed kitchen. My only comment would be the lack of lamps. I would have been nice to have a bedside table lamp and a floor lamp by the couch in the living room. Other than that, everything is top notch. “
