"Das Telegraph Hotel befindet sich im Gebäude der ehemaligen Zeitung Evening Telegraph von 1957 mitten im Zentrum von Coventry und ist mit Abstand das schönste Hotel, in dem ich seit vielen Jahren übernachtet habe! Das gesamte Haus wurde sorgfältig renoviert und im Stil der Modern der 1950er/1960er Jahre eingerichtet mit zahlreichen Anklängen an skandinavisches Design und Reminiszenz an die ehemalige Zeitung. Auf jedes Detail wurde wert gelegt, und es ist eine Freude für das Auge, egal wohin man schaut! Das geräumige Zimmer inklusive Bad hatte einen mehr als gehobenen Standard im modernen Stil und Kühlschrank, das Bett war super bequem, das Wlan super schnell. Auch das Restaurant im Haus bietet eine herausragende Küche, und das alles zu vollkommen erschwinglichen Preisen. Den Abend ausklingen lassen kann man dann in der genauso stylischen und schönen Bar im Eingangsbereich. Es werden auch 24 Std. kleinere Gerichte für die Gäste angeboten. Alles in allem ist das ganze Hotel so schön, dass man eigentlich das Haus gar nicht mehr verlassen möchte."

"The room was quite and the bed was good. But there was a water leak from the bathroom to the bedroom. The carpet got wet. The caretaker has tried to dry the carpet."

"The room was overall dirty and not well cared about! Although this seems not to be a one time issue since there was not only issues like a not very clean hand sink or still hair from the last customer in my bed. But also the corners on the floor and carpet very dusty and dirty. Also the wallpaint was used und dirty! Further more we tried the Restaurant. It took the personal 10 minutes to pickup the ready Burges from the kitchen, where they were placed below a lamp to keep them warm. The food was dry an not good in taste!"
