„This house was perfect for our family vacation. We have young children so it can be a lot of work to plan a beach day. We were able to come and go to and from the private beach as we pleased which took so much stress off of us. When the kids went to bed, we got to relax on the deck and enjoy watching the waves roll in and out under the bright moon. We were 5-10 minutes away from all of the great restaurants and attractions that Yarmouth has to offer which again is another bonus when traveling ...

„Long weekend over July 4th. Wooded lot on a hill overlooking Follins Pond. Private access to the water, dock, and deck on cabana overlooking same. Gorgeous! Several kayaks canoe available. Long, one level house with bedrooms at either end (enables high degree of privacy for a couple). The house (although not the waterfront itself) is very accessible for the mobility challenged, including broad flat patio off the back. “

„We have stayed here twice now. The cottage is very clean and the central air works very well. We were very comfortable for our entire stay. This is knotty pine decor, which is nolstagic to us, but it was also very well maintained and the bathroom is nicely updated with large sink and walk in shower. Queen bed was comfortable and bed linens and towels were great. We had everything we needed for a great week. And the location is our preference-- very close to the beaches, tucked south of rt 28 ...

„Fantastic views, private, fun dock. Kitchen is great and large enough to cook great meals. Master suite is incredibly large and luxurious- front family room with full water view is fantastic. Outdoor eating space was used every night for waterfront eating- a real gathering place! The hot tub wasn’t something we were looking for in a rental but it turned out to be one of the best features! Fenced in back yard for our dogs was clutch. Central air was perfect! One idea- the basement river room ...

„Amazing stay!! The house was super accommodating with provided linens, toiletries and essentials, as well as games, chairs, and umbrellas. It was very clean, spacious, and lots of parking. The interior was decorated so nicely and the outdoor shower was beautiful!! The best part was the roughly 7 minute walk to the beach! We will definitely be staying here again! “

„Overall enjoyed the house and found it clean and convenient to stores and local activities, attractions and restaurants. One small complaint, the "accordion" portion of the window AC units did not extend all the way to the edge of the window frames. This resulted in some unwanted buggy visitors in the small bedroom. Otherwise pretty good experience.“

„The house was very nice and in a very quiet neighborhood. Comfortable furnitue, fun touches of Cape Cod decor, and everything you could need or want. The large yard and nice patio were a big plus. We found the location convenient to all the places we were going and found a number of great restaurats minutes away. “
