„Property was good for our family. A couple of things need attention,1/ kettle needs cleaning or replacing. 2/ kitchen tidy bin doesn’t pull out easily. 3/ upstairs was different but good, it does need a light in the ensuite as it is very dark at night we had to use a torch.“

„Spacious, clean house which makes you feel at home. You can just walk into town for shopping, a drink or a bite. Or take a walk to the river. We really enjoyed our stay en if we could we would have stayed longer!“

„This house is absolutely beautiful! The heated pool was sensational with a gorgeous backdrop. Large house happily accommodates everyone with a well equipped kitchen. Perfect mix between close to town and a country escape. The mattress in the 2nd king room might need replacing as it is starting to dip in the middle. Blockout blinds are needed in the master king as the sun shines in at sunrise at the sheers don't block it out. Other than that it is a perfect place.“

„We were a group of 8 and the size and number of rooms was perfect for us with plenty of space in the living areas so that we could both be all together or find a quiet spot to ourselves. It is in a great location being only a few minutes drive to Dunsborough and of course easy to get to the other parts of this south west area. It is very peaceful and quiet and many magpies and parrots and other birds visit the bush setting garden. We would definitely stay here again.“

„Nice quiet get away! Location was easy to find and kept clean. Unfortunately no hand soap which was an inconvenience till we brought our own. Bathroom could have been cleaned a little better. Over all nice relaxing place with friendly horses. Will return in the near future.“
