„Good location. The host was very pleasant, helpful and provided information on local wineries and distillery. Large house area and big kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. I enjoyed having my own room rather than sharing. Bathroom appeared newly constructed and could have been in a 5 star hotel. Outside was very barren as there had not been rain for some months and in the yard was very much of a working property.“

„Please be aware you are booking only one room. All other areas are shared however these are exceptionaly clean. Don’t be intimidated by the rules book the host is lovely and behind every rule is an incident of thoughtlessness by a guest. breakfast, tea, coffee juice etc is the most generous I have ever seen. Including catering for allergies. We had a most enjoyable stay.“

„Loved it. So peaceful and quiet. Very private rooms, looking out onto green grass and trees - such a nice escape from the city. Absolutely loved our three course meal - food came hot, steak cooked to perfection, the prawns were so yummy that some of our plates were suspiciously clean at the end. I really like having a big wardrobe so I can hang up clothes and not live out of the case, and it was even big enough to put the case away - so that was good. Thanks for having us!“
