„Sehr schöne Wohnungen im Altbau. Tolle Wohngegend. Sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Leider aber sehr hellhörig. Die Nachbarn über uns haben nachts die Waschmaschine und den Trockner laufen lassen. Das hört man leider deutlich. Ansonsten nettes Shoppingviertel fußläufig erreichbar. Für Erkundungen rund um Tampa sehr gut geeignet. Wir würden wiederkommen.“

„The Bleeker is a lovely condo setting, however it houses University of Tampa college students partying. It was very noisy, till 6am, internet didn't work, no key fob or access to: game room, pool, or fitness center. Keyless entry into unit was a disaster upon check-in, communication and corresponding was very poor with the host. The furniture is for smaller stature guests be aware. All in all was a disheartened stay and the communication proved to further disappoint. “

„The owner of this property did up grade the apartment but misses the mark on making it a home away from home. I left the place better than when I walked in. I bought and left for the next person a few items that should have been there already. The pictures are not what we found when we arived and putting a statement that "some items may be different" is not acceptable. I will not be renting this again. I am being very nice in this review.“

„My wife needed a place to stay on short notice due to health issues with the daughter in law. The unit was just as described if not better. Location was perfect and they were very helpful with all. Great Stay and we will be back.“

„The property is clean and bed comfortable. The issues: Front door has gaps and a secondary lock is not present Duct Tap around the bathroom window The TV is terrible. Bad speaker and green line across screen. The only couch is VERY well worn. It’s brown which probably hides the dirt. I come to Tampa often and this would not be my first choice.“

„I loved this condo. The photos are accurate! The unit is clean and had everything I needed. I was gone during the day, yet spent one late afternoon at the pool. The residents are friendly. Checkin was easy. The property manager was highly responsive. No complaints. I would stay here again. The bed was comfortable and there were extra sheets, towels, bedding for using the rollaway if needed. My niece stayed one night with me. Overall an A+ experience.“

„We stayed for 2 nights while we explored the local beaches before he headed to Sarasota. The neighborhood wasn't great but we never felt uncomfortable. The apartment and decorations were cute and sufficient for our needs. The beds weren't terribly comfortable and the road noise was bad.. I actually slept on the couch the 2nd night and I'm not a light sleeper. Suggestions: The lint trap in the dryer had over an inch of lint, thankfully we checked.
