There was debris in the doorway which I might expect in a lower level apartment, but it was throughout the kitchen and sitting area, I swept up 2 nails and a good size pile of debris. „Lovely views of Navy Pier or city view out of all windows. Bedrooms are generous in size and comfortable. It's not the newest building, but the location to shopping, restaurants, coffee places was perfect. Gym and pool were great and used well during our stay. Appreciated having linens/towels and assorted goods in kitchen and laundry so we didn't have to buy them. Would stay again!“

„We have booked a premium appointment for four days which was located on the 24. floor and had an amazing view. Unfortunately, the appointment could have been cleaner, especially the furniture was very used and full of stains. It’s not expensive at all to maintain or replace the furniture. The couch was extremely dirty and the rug was full of ugly stains, so not really welcoming and comfortable. Not ok for this price! “
