It is the off season and the weather was cool and we had a couple of rainy spells, but we hiked and watched birds each day in spite of the weather. Hiking to the Lake Superior beach was enjoyable. The one thing I would say is that the bathroom is a shared space with the other cabins on the property. „We had our children and their families for Memorial Day weekend. Plenty of room for all of us and the separated houses was nice. The kids LOVED the beach. Too cold to swim but they loved the sand and driftwood. We definitely enjoyed the beautiful view! Kids had plenty to keep themselves busy. “

„The Modern Ski House was the perfect place for our family stay for our daughter’s wedding. The house had every amenity we could ask for. It was to prepare and serve family meals with a great kitchen and enough seating for 11 people. The bedrooms were so comfortable and especially nice to have 3 full bathrooms and a powder room. We enjoyed the sauna and the walking paths nearby were wonderful to allow the children to release their energy. Thank you for making our weekend so enjoyable.“
