„The front desk staff were kind. The room was very quiet as it was right at the pool, but they were able to animate us with another room on the 6th floor. Ocean view was nice. The cleanliness and overall quality of the room & building needs major improvements. Shower walls & toilet had hair on them, the mold issue is awful. The smell and causing excessive sneezing & poor ventilation. The hallways and elevator not very clean.“

„I would caution anyone to not stay in 636. There was no water pressure and barely any water from the old shower head. The front desk receptionist sent maintenance to fix the issue but there was absolutely no change. Room was dirty with tons of hair on the mattress protector that we removed from the beds. „The rooms are privately owned, and the hotel is nice, but the rooms are outdated. They were clean but need to be upgraded. We booked 17 rooms for a party, and all of our guests had complaints about the rooms. They had to change several rooms. For the price, I would stay at a different hotel when we go back next year.“
