„The lift was Out of Order and there was no cupboard“

„Cleanliness in the apartment was top notch but the entrance from the door through the staircase was not pleasant. The stairs should be rugged atleast, to give it good first impression. The shower wasn't working or we couldn't get through with turning it on, so we had to be fetching water from kitchen each time we wanted to shower. We also couldn't access the wifi. The password was there but we didn't know what network to connect to as there were many on the drop down and we kept trying the ...

„Short Stay, late arrival, wanted to use the SPA but while booking via an agent they are charging 20GBP extra. The offer is very much misleading and haven't had this expierence on any other hotel before. Breakfast was good, nice Rooms. “
