„This is one of my favorite stays ever! The approach to this cottage is down quiet country lanes with gorgeous views. The cottage itself is situated right next to a field but there is plenty of shade and a screen of trees for privacy from the road. „The property was of an ideal size for us and our 15 months baby. It is very quite, surrounded by fruit trees orchards and farm fields. Despite arriving later than expected, Steve was present to welcome us and brief us on the house an surroundings. „This was a lovely stay in Stanton Saint John! The cottage is clean, very nicely decorated and has enough space for 4 people. It was so nice to be able to use the garden in the summer weather on lazy days. Otherwise use the bus for a trip to Oxford or London. The Rectory Farm shop is very close and offers very fresh fruit and veg. You can even pick your own strawberries etc. We loved our stay in Oxfordshire. THANK YOU! Would absolutely recommend.“

„We had absolutely no heating. I tried several times to contact the owner by email, messenger and by phoning her. No reply. I had been in contact with her regarding check in via email and messenger, I even sent a photo of the temperature in the house. 10 degrees. I had to source 2 radiators myself, which a kind neighbour lent us. I would like a refund for our inconvenience “

„We were looking for a 3 bed, 3 bath near Nursling as we had a family wedding at Rownhams House. Location was perfect. The house was comfortable and well equipped. We loved the garden area and would like to stay again sometime to test out the hottub and games room! Owners were very helpful and friendly and it was great to be on a farm in such a wonderful spot. „We (german family, 3 Kids) had a wonderful stay in this lovely cottage. Contact with the owner was nice and friendly, very helping! The cottage was exceptional clean and tidy, and very well equipped. Good bus connection with the 703 Flightline (i.a. Bracknell, Windsor, Colnbrook, Heathrow Terminal 5 with connex to TfL Picadilly and Elisabeth Line).We'd love to come back for another stay!“
