„Great value. That’s gonna be THE reason for the rating. Value is excellent. But there are some things to know. First off, the area is solid but not without a little bit of sketchiness. Folks can be a little loud even later at night and a little awareness is needed. The bathroom is a bit cramped, particularly if you’re a bigger guy like myself, and the water pressure and heat can go on you quickly. The bed is FIRM. If that’s your preference, then awesome. „Our group age ranges was between 70 - 13. The place is small, but was comfortable for the 4 of us. Having parking behind was super convenient so that we didn't have to park on the street. Check in was easy, the host was responsive to the questions that I had and provided lots of great food options for the area.
