„The place was nice for what I needed. Overall a good place. Had the essentials and was clean.One thing I do want to note is it was quite stuffy. I tried to open the windows but there were no screens (and lots of bugs/spiderwebs on the windows). The filter on the AC unit needed to be changed, and it smelled a little moldy. The shower also leaked quite badly when I used it. Overall good, but maybe a couple small things to address. “

„Our family enjoyed the serenity of this stay. The area was beautiful. We all enjoyed playing pickleball and catching bass in the lake. Stayed for a couple days after visiting nashville and it was the perfect place to unplug and unwind together. Clean with comfortable sleeping. Thanks!!“

„I originally needed a trip Oct. 2023. Due to unfortunate circumstances, We had to move our dates. I called Wayne and he immediately pushed our dates out. I needed early check-in as our arrival time was early morning and their check-in was 4:00 pm. I called the night before, he charged me the early check-in fee and done. „My adult siblings and I stayed for a couple of days to celebrate our mother's bday. The location is idea if you want to be free of noise and traffic or parking issues. The home is nice and clean with courtesy items throughout. We would definitely stay again!“
