„Clean room, friendly staff.“

„Very quiet there is some construction going on. But the room was very clean beds were soft. I didn't like that the handicapped shower wasn't an adjustable shower. And I didn't get a wheelchair accessible shower where we can get into shower with the wheel chair to make it easier for a disabled person to enter the shower with out lifting their feet preventing a fall.“

We didn't use anything except the refrigerator. The rooms were nice and clean. The owner was outside making sure that the property looked great. He was even pulling weeds from the flower beds. „We did not receive the room we booked with a pull out couch. We spent a full day trying to resolve the issue with the facility. The day manager simply told us he’d let housekeeping know we didn’t have a pullout couch. I’m not sure if he thought they were going to pull a couch down the hall from another room…they of course didn’t. The night shift manager gave us another room - a suite. We packed up our stuff and went to the new room that had a kitchen, but no pull out couch so we went back to our ...
