„Everything was good“

„This property is outstanding. Very clean and ample room. The high ceilings open up the space even more. Beautiful master bathroom. Beds are very comfortable. Convenient location within Columbia. Our host Cason quickly answered our questions. Hope to stay again at this wonderful property.“

„First of all the minute I walked in the door. I noticed that the pictures that are advertised are not the same apartment that I was staying in. There was dead bugs on the windowsill Nats. There was literally fly paper hanging from the ceiling full of dead bugs this place is a rundown apartment advertise to be a luxury apartment not to mention the fact that it was 11 days without Internet there is no Internet in that apartment that they refused to fix it. They had their maintenance man who they ...

„When we arrived, the property was not clean. There were clumps of hair on the master bathroom floor, as well as used fake eye lashes. The glasses in the cupboard were smudged and with finger prints. In the master bathroom, and the shared guest bathroom, there were live little flies circling while showering, which I had to kill while showering. As I was doing this, I noticed additional dead bugs from someone prior to me having the same problem. After reading prior reviews, those appearing after ...

„The breakfast buffet was adequate but poorly set up and planned. The pool area was very tight and had many local workers who came to stay there and use the pool with families. No seating really and very small towels and old which did not match the updates and nice room we stayed in. Great area to go for a walk around the Cawtawba River and for some shopping and great for access to Charlotte also. “

„This property was convenient to my family members who live in Southpark. The place was quiet and convenient to a grocery store, starbucks, and walgreens. There is a washer/dryer in the unit which is convenient as we stayed several days. It is a nice 2 BR setup with a couch in the living room - my only suggestion is to perhaps add a couple of single beds to the second bedroom to accomodate larger families.“

„Everything as advertised. Adjacent to Myers Park which is one of the if not best neighborhood in Charlotte. Amenities are close by.The Internet needs some attention; it was a bit spotty around the place and not super fast (I maybe spoiled with a 1gbs connection at home).BTW, ACE Burger #3 is less than a mile away and one of the best burgers I ever had.“

„Nice place to stay when visiting my daughter and family who live nearby.“
