„My family and I stayed here for one night. It was more than accommodating. However, if I wanted to stay longer, I wouldn't chose this location. The staff was friendly and the place is very clean.“

„My loft was not at the main location had to drive a couple miles away in random area beside industrial park behind police station. Room smelled like smoke and had no toiletries or hangers. Host responded to address on check-in but not thereafter to simple requests for toilet paper, also not provided. Place was tired and dusty. “

No one ever came to restock the toiletries or towels etc. Extra sheets that were given for the pull out couch literally had cigarette burn holes in them and there was a sheet left on the pull out couch with fecal stains on it.
