We also appreciated the bedding arrangement as the loft was a great space for the kids on our party to play and sleep. The AC and appliances all worked as expected. „Loved this property would definitely visit again. On the quiet side of the island able to relax after being on the water all day. Boats were extremely helpful and we're able to help us with contacts to rent a good cart. Able to dock our boat and just head up to the house so convenient. Startled by the dock security when I hopped off the boat and an iguana ran across the yard. So funny to see me jump but they weren't a problem just added to the experience. “

„We crossed from Florida and stayed here for the week. We could not have asked for a better location. The marina was so convenient and not jammed packed with constant traffic. The beach was steps away and most day it was just us there. The AC definitely works. After being in the sun all day walking into a cold unit feels so nice. I would definitely stay here again!“

The condo was great, view of the ocean over the mangrove trees from the back deck and view of the marina from the front deck. Kept our boat right in front of the condo, super easy access. Owner was great, excellent communication and always helpful with questions. I would highly recommend this condo for a great time in the Bahamas.“

We were disappointed that there weren’t any other restaurants or a ship store on the property. The Tiki Bar was great but couldn’t handle the numbers staying at the resort.
