The couch is not comfortable and needs replacing - it's a loveseat, so a two-seater, and both cushions sag inward so it's not comfortable for either one or two people to sit on. „Cute little place by the bay. Walking distance to the grocery store and huge playground. You could walk to the bay if you wanted to, only a few blocks. I needed to communicate with management during my stay and they responded quick! Good for the price. “
