This spacious modern villa is configured as a private 2-bedroom rental, offering the comfort of a larger home with extra space throughout.



Originally designed as a 3-bedroom villa, one bedroom remains closed, allowing guests to enjoy a more exclusive and private 2BR experience while still benefiting from the villa’s generous layout and oversized outdoor areas.



Bedroom 1 features a comfortable King-size bed. Bedroom 2 includes two Queen beds that can be combined to create a King if preferred.



The highlight of the property is the expansive private pool and patio area, significantly larger than most standard 2-bedroom villas, creating a true resort-style atmosphere with plenty of room to relax, entertain and enjoy the Caribbean sun.



Guest Access:

Guests enjoy full and private access to the villa, including both bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living area, covered terrace, BBQ space, and the expansive private pool.



The property is exclusively yours during your stay, ensuring complete comfort and privacy.



Please note:

• The laundry area is not available for stays under 28 days; however, we’re happy to arrange a trusted pickup and delivery laundry service at very affordable rates.

• One additional room is securely locked and reserved for the owner’s personal belongings.

Please respect the following rules:



• Speed limit: 30 KPH (18 MPH)

• Lower windows when approaching the security gate

• Park only in your assigned space

• Motorcycles and ATVs not allowed inside for guests or visitors

 ➡️ ATVs may be parked at the Welcome Center

• Visitors must be accompanied by the registered guest

• Only authorized taxis allowed inside

• Max two people per bedroom (families excluded)

• Only one vehicle after 10 p.m. weekdays / 11 p.m. weekends

• Special events require prior approval

• Visitors must show original IDs (no photocopies)

• Unregistered visitors may be denied entry

• Gatherings near entrances are not permitted

• First noise violation = warning; second = fine or early check-out

• Music at moderate volume only:

 – 9 a.m.–10 p.m. (weekdays)

 – 9 a.m.–11 p.m. (weekends)

• No loud music, profanity, or karaoke after hours

• Children must be supervised

• Weapons, drugs, and drones prohibited unless authorized

• Guests are financially responsible for any damages
