Schmutziges Zimmer
Das Zimmer war sehr schmutzig! Wir haben uns bei der Rezeption beschwert, die Dame war sehr nett und hat die Putzfrau nochmals hingeschickt aber auch danach war es nicht sauber. Ansonsten ein durchschnittliches Hotel, gut zum Übernachten aber nicht viel mehr als das.

Beeindruckend
Wenn man ein 2-Sterne-Hostel in Italien bucht, erwartet man mit Sicherheit etwas anderes als das, was das Ulisse bietet: die Zimmer sind groß und sauber (vor allem auch das Bad), das Personal ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist nicht sehr üppig, aber ok. Und: Die Lage des Hotels ist super (auch wenn es etwas knifflig war, die Zufahrts-Straße zu finden)!

Definitely not a hostel. Don't be fooled. This is a very good hotel with extremely nice and professional staff Breakfast staff very helpful and polite. Reception staff, Chiara,Cora,Francesca and lets don't forget the boys are wonderful. Definitely would recommend this place as close to town centre 10mins piazza tasso. Wonderful 10 day holiday in March 2024

La propiedad es una excelente alternativa para hospedarse en Sorrento, muy buena relación cosa - precio, limpia y el desayuno es bueno, el personal amable y atento. Se encuentra a unos pasos del centro y del puerto grande. Definitivo, si vuelvo, me hospedo de nuevo ahí.

After reading great reviews about this hotel, I knew we would enjoy our stay. However, it completely exceeded any expectations. A beautiful hotel (don’t let the word hostel put you off!) with huge rooms to stay in. The whole place was exceptionally clean, the staff were always happy to help and give recommendations and advice for our stay. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options, we aren’t every single morning! If we are fortunate enough to visit Sorrento again, we will absolutely stay here again for sure!

Personnel très accueillant, serviable, petit déjeuner bien achalandé. Nous avons dû changer de chambre suite à une nuisance sonore d un garage situé en dessous de notre chambre appartenant à un autre propriétaire… ils ont très bien réagis, j espère qu ils pourront convaincre le propriétaire du parking d agir sur cette porte métallique…. Préférez donc les chambres intérieures ! L espace fitness, wellness et piscine sont à payer en plus !!! Ce ne fut pas très clair pour nous à la réservation !!! Merci pour l’accueil !!!

Hotel was nice. Rooms were clean but the beds were not comfortable, very hard. Breakfast was good, location was good. Amenities were minimal unless you wanted to pay extra for the pool or fitness centre. This was considered a budget priced hotel but it seemed expensive for what was offered.

Vorrei cominciare con il ringraziarla per aver scelto il nostro Ostello per il suo soggiorno a Sorrento e per le belle parole riportate sul mio staff.Sono realmente molto dispiaciuta per il disappunto sulla colazione ed è insolito ricevere un feed back negativo sulla stessa. Serviamo prodotti freschi ed una vasta scelta ogni giorno, i dolci fatti in casa dalla nostra pasticciera, vari tipi di pane, salumi ed affettati locali, cereali , frutta fresca, uova e verdure. Come avrà avuto modo di leggere recensioni on line, la nostra attenzione verso i clienti è massima ed è stato un peccato non conoscere tale problema prima quando era ancora in struttura così da poter provvedere alla soluzione del problema. Spero potervi accogliere nuovamente all' Ulisse con la speranza che la vostra idea di NOI possa migliorare.

We were pleasantly surprised to stay at this property considering it is listed as a hostel. Definitely not the type of hostel you might have in mind. Beautiful entryway leading to a very clean room. Our room and bathroom were a decent size. The only complaint was that the bed and pillows were not comfortable at all. The bedspread was also very dated and could use an upgrade. Breakfast was included and had plenty of choices. The coffee from the automated machine was horrible so make sure you buy your good Italian coffee from a café nearby!

Great stay.
Lovely stay. Basics were done very well. Great shower, extremely comfy bed, room was spotless and the staff were very helpful. I did not have any food in the hotel, but did see the breakfast and it looked good.
