Unerklärlich hohe Gästebewertung
Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen. Das Schwimmbad ist älter und klein aber wird sauber gehalten. Schöne Schattenplätze unter den Bäumen. Lage vom Zimmer neben dem Schwimmbad eher ungeeignet wenn man Privatsphäre sucht. Für mich unerklärlich die sehr hohe Gästebewertung vom Hotel und schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Top Hotel mitten im Zentrum
Das antiche mura ist ein sehr schönes Hotel mitten im Zentrum von Sorrento. Man kann wirklich alles bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Sehr schön ist auch, dass das Parken einschließlich Parkservice mit 10 Euro nicht so teuer ist.

Perfektes Hotel
Zentrale Lage, ruhige Zimmer, außerordentlich freundliches Personal, reichhaltiges Frühstück bei gutem Wetter draußen im Gartenbereich. Das Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert!

Wunderschöne Spätsommertage am Golf von Neapel
Wir haben eine knappe Woche im Antiche Mura Hotel als Standort für den Grossraum Neapel verbracht und waren restlos zufrieden. Das Hotel liegt zwar nicht in der "ersten Reihe" in Sorrent und man muss vom Zimmer aus auf den Blick zum Vesuv verzichten. Die Ausstattung des Hotels und die Freundlichkeit des Personals- in Italien ja leider nicht immer Standard- machen dies aber allemal wett. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist bereits oft genug kommentiert und wirklich hochwertig und reichhaltig. Auch für den nächsten Aufenthalt gerne wieder unser Quartier.

war ein schöner aufenthalt
es gab ein riesiges Frühstück, der garten mit Pool und Zitronenbäumen ein Traum. Zimmer etwas klein, aber sehr schön und mit Balkon. In der Nebensaison für jeden bezahlbar, liegt 2 min von der Einkaufstraße, 5 vom Hafen, 5 vom bahnhof. würde ich wieder hinfahren

I have stayed at a few hotels and B&Bs in Sorrento. By far, Antiche Mura Is my favorite place to stay. I no longer even look for other places when I'm in Sorrento. Everything always exceeds expectations.

Beautiful hotel right in the heart of Sorrento. Convenient to wonderful shopping and restaurants, and easy walk to the two ports and train station. Lovely breakfast in a picturesque garden setting. Amazing!

Amazing hotel so close to Dining and Shopping in Sorrento. Walking distance to the Amazing restaurants, port, market Staff so very accomodating Excellent breakfast Rooms are well appointed, didn't use the pool Valet parking very convenient We loved our stay. The best hotel on our trip. highly recommend, We will definitely return to this hotel on our next trip to Sorrento

They were very accommodating of our late check in and middle of the night check out for flights. Room was clean and had a nice balcony. Great shower and nice sized bathroom. We enjoyed our stay!

Great location. Fabulous staff. Gorgeous garden, breakfast area. Only issue was that there was loud construction (not their fault) and a loud road below. Just request a room on the far side if you’re a light sleeper.

Sorrento Visit
The hotel location was excellent, near the train station and Piazza Tasso where we met our local tour guide. Also, close to many restaurants and shops. The breakfast was excellent - delicious food and coffee and friendly staff. The hotel has a nice boutique and historic feel and great for experiencing Italy. We would have given it a 5 stars but our room bathroom exhaust fan did not exhaust the shower steam and there was some ants on our last day there. Other than these two items I'm sure the other rooms might be better and would still recommend this hotel for location, breakfast, staff service, and hotel character.

This is a lovely hotel so long as you are not mis-fortunate enough to be placed in their 'economy rooms' on the first floor. They were quick to advise us on arrival that these rooms are 'economy rooms' and therefore don't have windows or any kind of outlook/view. They have a large mirror instead and a tilting window high up out of reach or sight. As has been the case in other reviews I've since seen, they are quick to defend this and state that this is clearly shown in the website pictures. The reality is unless you were deliberately looking for this problem you would not see it. The end result is an oppressive basement/dungeon type experience which just serves to ruin a holiday. I have no problem whatsoever whith a 'standard' or as they call it 'economy' room but this should have been stated as a clear warning to unsuspecting guests. In my view, these rooms should not be used for guests, it's just a demonstration of greed on the part of the property owner/operator. Apart from this, very nice dining room and superb breakfasts with 1st class service. Rooms and hotel in general also spotless and well cared for.

Fantastic hotel in a central location. Staff is super friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed having an apertif with the bartender who goes by “Nobody.” (“‘Nobody’ is here to help you”)! Great breakfast spread, clean environment, and great views. Ask about staying in room 500 (at the top!)
