Not worth the money. We stayed here in February in the renovated area and it was amazing. This time it was really bad and too expensive for what we received. We will not return.

Disappointing
Quite expensive hotel with none of the services expected at this price level. The room was old and there was black mold in the bathroom. The breakfast was disappointing and tasteless. They had a conference and the people made a lot of noise, which lead to 2 sleepless nights without any proper apology or anything from the hotel. The driver to the airport was also quite overpriced for the service. All in all disappointing. This what definitely not worth the money.

Schönes Hotel in toller Lage, leider mit abstrichen. Die Zimmer sind nicht Standart von Hilton, sehr hellhörige Zimmer mit sehr lauten Türgeräuschen da eine Klinke zum schließen fehlt muss die Tür immer zugeschlagen werden. Poolbereich und Empfangshalle sehr schön, das Frühstück na ja, mit dem Charm einer Bahnhalle, Außenbereich nicht eingedeckt. Am Abend hat man eihgentlich nur vom Balkon die Möglichkeit den Sonnenuntergang zu genießen oder an der Bar, leider werden andere Bereich (Pooldeck) gesperrt. Das Fernsehprogramm für deutsche Sender beschränkt sich auf 4 Programme die eher seltener gesehen werden, die Hauptsender sind nicht verfügbar. Zimmer ist sehr nüchtern ausgestattet und WLAN und Wasserflaschen sind kostenpflichtig (teuer und nicht mehr zeitgemäß). Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich, der Parkservice inclusive. Vallet für 17€ der Hotelklasse entsprechend.

Gut klingender Name, Zimmer enttäuschend
Zimmer leider sehr einfach, nicht was man erwartet bei dem Preis, ist eigentlich wie im Krankenhaus. Bett, Stuhl, Garderobe und Waschgelegenheit. Keine Atmosphäre, wirklich nur zum Schlafen. Frühstück war sehr gut, alles frisch.

Am Ortsrand gelegenes sehr schönes Hotel mit tollem Aussen- und Innenpool. Das Zimmer war riesig mit super Blick über die Bucht und auf den Vesuv. Das Frühstück war abwechslungreich und gut.Zu Fuss ist man in ca. 15min in der Altstadt, die nächste Pizzeria ist nur 5min entfernt.

Optimaler Standort
Wir waren zum Saisonende Ende Iktober / Anfang November im Hilton Sorrento Palace. Der Service war über alle Maßen bemüht und hilfsbereit. Wir bekamen auf Nachfrage sofort ein Upgrade, das Personal an der Rezeption war jederzeit mit ausführlichen Informationen und individuellen Tipps zur Stelle, der Blick aus der Zummern und dem Fruhstuckssaal war atemberaubend. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt für 8 Tage.

Schön gelegenes Hotel
Das Hotel war überraschenderweise in Realität besser aussehens als auf den Fotos. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich, angenehm, professionell und zuvorkommend. Die Rezeption konnte gut auf uns eingehen und versuchte jederzeit zu unterstützen, dadurch gestaltete sich sowohl der Check-In als auch der Check-Out problemlos. Das Frühstück war ausgewogen und mit grosser Auswahl und konnte drinnen und draussen eingenommen werden. Das gebuchte Zimmer mit Meerblick und renoviert war sehr grosszügig und sauber. Der Aussenpool war nicht mehr war genug, dafür war der Innenpool wohltemperiert. Der Weg in die Innenstadt ist nicht weit und problemlos. Alles in allem ein gut geführtes und empfehlenswertes Haus.

Optimales Hotel um Sorrent, Capri und die Amalfiküste kennen zu lernen. Schöne Aussichtslage über Sorrent. Keine 10 Gehminuten in den Ort. Sehr gute Ausstattung und perfekter Service. Frühstück auf der Sonnentrasse ist ein Traum. Unbedingt mit Meerblick buchen !!

DOES NOT meet the Standards of a "HILTON"
Originally I was given a family room, and we were given a "garden view" - its more like the pool view from "underground floor"! I had to change rooms, and I payed for just 1 night 209 Euro, for a twin bedroom that faces the "mountain" and let me tell you its dead view - very depressing. A friend of mine had a single room, and it felt like entering a "college hostle" :(!! Again over priced rate for what you get. Breakfast was included, but again a very mediocre breakfast for Hilton. A lot of hostesses, but there was ONLY 1 cook/server for the hot food...and the lines would be at least 10-15 minutes to just get 1 cooked egg. Another disappointing feature was being away from the center of town. If you are with children and elderly and do not do a lot of walking, it is highly inconvenient to go down and up to the center. Taxi's are just banking it from the hotel guests - each way is 20 Euro for a 5 minute ride! Here is No shuttle service provided by the hotel nor a local bus that would at least take you down. Unfortunately, there is Nothing else surrounding the hotel, so you are pretty stuck with what you have. A basic pool, and the food and bar service again Adequate. WiFi available Only in the lobby, near the reception. It felt like a 2.5 star hotel for the comfort and leisure, but I was paying for a 4-5 star rating. The rooms are small and not very insulated. So, the noise of TV from another room is easily heard. Cleaning staff are loud in the morning and so forget rest.

Think again....
This hotel reminds me of cheapish 4 star all-inclusive in Mexico or the Dominican, endless line-ups at breakfast and low quality coffee and food. The building is like a concrete bunker in stark contrast to the rest of the town and not really what I would have expected from a Hilton in the Sorrento peninsula setting. Internet is complicated with new codes every day and luckily I am a gold member or they would charge additional cost for wifi access. The first room we got was literally looking at a rock wall, darkish and dull even at noon I imagined; we paid extra to get a room with ocean view and that I must say is great and makes me not wish to leave immediately. We saw a number of beautiful 4 and 5 star Hotels in town and for our next visit we will definitely not book this place again but rather look for alternatives.

Das Hotel liegt am oberen Stadtrand von Sorrent
Hotel ist im Vergleich zu anderen relativ weit vom Wasser entfernt, man sieht das Meer, hört es aber nicht. Der Service war höchst unterschiedlich: Zimmerservice sehr gut, Rezeption freundlich, die Bedienung am Frühstücksbüffet ließ erheblich zu wünschen übrig, und zwar über mehrere Tage hinweg.

The hotel is incredible, for its beauty and spacious areas. Beautiful decoration, looks like new. Flowers bouquets everywhere. Music at night. A lot of areas to enjoy and relax. 12 min walking to the center a lo of nice restaurants at city center. But if you want to relax there is a really nice pool area with a bar.

Front desk service were not nice, not helpful at all, the rooms were not being clean on a daily basis. When we asked for a taxi they sent us with someone that charged us 300 euros and even made stops for him without stopping the meter, took routes that were not main routes to charge us more. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

It was too far from shopping, the pool was ice cold, they controlled the air conditioning in your room from the front desk, the room was so warm and uncomfortable. I complained once, nothing was done, I complained a second time and they turned it up. Would I stay here again, no.

First of all, this is a Hilton hotel so there is a level of expectancy you expect. The hotel was great in places however it looked a bit dated…There was also some confusion about the type of room that I had booked. I was pretty sure my booking was for a garden view or similar but the actual view was a rock face…

Wonderful location for exploring the Amalfi Coast. Nice to have restaurants at the hotel. Coffee in the morning could be better. Pool was tons of fun. Noisy hallways at night.

Good Family Hotel near Sorrento center
Nice resort near center of Sorrento, perfect for families or groups of people. Outstanding views, large rooms, great pool. The morning breakfast buffet was of good quality and plentiful. Grounds are clean and well kept. Front desk and bell staff friendly and helpful. The Asian restaurant (if you need an alternative to all the great Italian meals in town) is excellent both in food quality and service. A few minor annoyances at the hotel such as being strict with pool towel cards to get a towel at the pool, but overall was a very nice option.
