„House was as described. It is located off Harper Road. In a great location for lots of activities. There are several choices for restaurants. There is a Kroger grocery store nearby. The house was clean. Nicely decorated. Has in room air conditioning for bedrooms and main room. There is a coffee maker. A few kitchen utensils if you want to cook. Neighborhood is quiet. We had a great stay for my mom’s high school class reunion at Lake Steven’s.“

„Our stay was fantastic at this home. There was actually a trundle bed which the kids loved. And Walmart does delivery so that made traveling easy. The other nice surprise was the ping pong table and corn hole in the garage. The pool has a gate and a double lock which was also wonderful. The home is bigger than the pictures show. We went to Ace adventures which was great, highly recommended!“

„The house was very clean and had almost everything we needed. It was very comfortable for a one night stay! Some things that would be nice to add include a nightstand on both sides of each bed, as applicable, and lamps! (all lighting was overhead and harsh). There were also no checkout instructions; I had to text the host to ask what we needed to do. A printed/laminated copy would be helpful to have in the house. Overall, we would happily stay here again - even more so if the above suggestions ...

„We loved staying here. It was very clean and it was nice to see that there was things that we usually have to bring such as laundry detergent, soaps and shampoos. That was a plus for us. The only thing we didnt care for was the haul from the road to the house with our luggage. We would definitely stay here again.“

„Beautiful property with a homey feeling in a quiet, country-like setting, while having the travelers convenience of a Dollar General store and 2 gas stations less than a mile away. Every room is spacious, including the bathroom. We were especially pleased with the thoughtfulness the owners took into account for younger children, which our granddaughter absolutely loved. The larger deck featured a sturdy tile patio table and 6 chairs, which we took advantage of each day for outdoor breakfast and ...

„As advertised. Clean and convenient to New River Gorge activities. Parking was easy. We would definitely stay there again. However, if stairs are a problem then it might not work for you. Communication was easy and timely.“

„Wonderful stay! FYI- Maps app doesn't bring up the address. However please take note and print out the details that they give you prior to getting there. Service is spotty in the area. This house is on gravel road and it's secluded. We had a great stay and will definitely rent again if we are back in the area. We enjoyed the corn hole boards and horse shoes for the afternoon wind down. We stayed for 3 days and was able to see all the New River gorge areas in these 3 days. No hiking just taking ...

„We didn't receive any check in information. I messaged the host the day of our stay and requested it. Upon arrival the entire house smelled strongly of mildew. It was incredibly pungent. When I pulled out the sofa bed for our son, it was covered in dead insects. The home did not appear clean.“
