The landlady told us that we should use a small metal table and two chairs in the hallway directly in front of the other holiday apartment. ...

There was a slight hiccup trying to check in where I did not receive the entrance code prior to my arrival, but the host responded fairly quickly with the information and was very apologetic for the missed information.
