Cocoonr agency in Solliès-Toucas offers this charming 35 m² air-conditioned wooden cottage for rent in a residence with swimming pool and sauna. It can accommodate up to 6 people.

It comprises a lovely 15 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. Bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 15 m² living room with a double sofa bed (sleeps two), a TV and a dining area
- A fully fitted kitchen including: coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: a bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

Outdoors:
- A 15 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days

Communal areas:
- A shared, unheated outdoor swimming pool, open from 10.00 to 20.00 from 1 April to 31 October (weather permitting) and secured by a fence.
- A 250 m² wellness area (sauna, steam room), available for a fee, open from June to September. Access to this wellness area is not included in the cottage hire.
- A children’s playground and a boules court
- A snack bar serving fast food, open from May to September.

The cottage is ideally located in Solliès-Toucas, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Hiking in the Vallée du Gapeau
- Siou-Blanc plateau
- Bormes-les-Mimosas
- Toulon, with its port, markets and Mont Faron cable car
- Le Lavandou and La Londe-les-Maures for a day by the sea

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private, numbered parking space.

- Nearest train station: Solliès-Pont, about 3 km away
- Nearest airport: Toulon-Hyères, about 25 km away
