„We arrived in the night and we called the owner. Some woman told us that the appartment is not available. There are other people. (booking date was ok from our side) 2 hours before we send also a message to the owner and he responded. Everything looked ok. Finally we end up on the streets of Sofia with our kids and need to find a Hotel 3 a.m. in the night. Next day we got access and the ower payed us the hotel stay. Finally we canceled it, the place is in first floor, terrace was dirty and ...

„The claim was that this was 'Newly Renovated'. It has been many years since that happened. I felt uncomfortable with the furniture, which so worn as to be lumpy. The bed on the other hand was comfortable. I wasn't confident about the cleanliness however, and washed everything.“

„It’s a centrally located, within walking distance to Vitosha, Aleksandr Nevski, mineral springs, food, restaurants, public transportation. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. All the possible toiletries provided. All the kitchen supplies. Plenty of closet space enough for a very long stay. “

„The property is located fairly close to a bar where people are smoking and the smoke makes its way to the apartment. The door and inside foyer are poorly lit. Most of all, the foyer and the apartment smell moldy. “

„The apaprtment is a bit outside city center. Very spacious, the balcony was generous as well. There is a washing machine that functions very well. Only thing to be improved is cleanlines in the kitchen and it would be good if we had a fly swatter for a couple of flies from outside. The gentleman at reception was very nice and helpful. No problem with communication. The Billa supermarket is close by, a large mall with clothing and food court. We enjoyed being there.“
