„We stayed in Room 2, The Ercall, it was beautifully decorated, impeccably clean and the views were amazing. Excellent attention to detail with good selection of hot beverages in te room. Taxi into Shrewsbury town was £10 and 15 - 20 minutes. The staff at the Riverside Inn are its greatest asset, polite, friendly, knowledgeable bout the local area, made time to chat and had everything you needed for a pleasant stay. “

„Sehr schönes Boutique-Hotel, leider ohne Lift. Das Personal hilft aber gerne beim Rauftragen des Gepäcks. Frühstück absolut lecker. Zimmer sehr gemütlich und ruhig. Dusche ein bisschen eigenständig zum Bedienen - wenn man die Bedienung dann aber liest, läuft es perfekt.“

„The room wa clean and comfortable. The staff are brilliant. There were a couple of 'issues' when we arrived. TWe couldn't get the bedside lights to work and the radiator was very noisy and not heating. We mentioned this to the staff and both issues were sorted straight away (the fuse switch on the wall had been turned off, hence the lights not working and th radiator had an airlock and needed to be bled).There is some noise from the bar below but this ends when the bar closes at 10.30 and then ...

„Das Abbots Mead Hotel ist perfekt gelegen, um Shrewsbury zu Fuss zu erkunden. Das hübsche Backsteinhaus liegt nur wenige Schritte vom Fluss Severn entfernt, der die Innenstadt fast umrundet. We stayed there at a Friday night - which is also party night. Our room was located directly above the party zone - and we really felt the beats upstairs.
