„In our room, the bed had a noise problem. Given the shortness of my two-night stay, I chose not to generate a formal complaint. However, the next room housed a canine that began barking at 4 p.m. Upon returning at 8 p.m. from our departure on Saturday at 5 p.m., the barking persisted. I informed the management staff about this situation. Despite these technical drawbacks, I believe that the accommodation offers adequate value for money.“

„When we walked in, the top bedspread for one of the beds had blood stains. The carpet was fully stained, and so were the lampshades. The bathroom countertop was still dirty as well. Overall, one of the worst cleaned rooms I’ve stayed in at a Hampton Inn. There was also no body wash in the bathroom. However the worst part of the stay was that the whole room smelled of cigarette smoke, even though it was a non-smoking property.
