Heruntergekommenes Hotel in schlechter Gegend
Ziemlich heruntergekommenes Hotel in einer schlechten Gegend. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, die Zimmer sauber. Der Kaffee ist ungeniessbar, obwohl der Rest vom Fruehstueck ok ist, allerdings preislich nicht angemessen. Die Teppiche, Tueren etc. sind stark abgenutzt. Das gesamte Hotel war durch Air Condition viel zu stark heruntergekuehlt. Werde es nicht wieder buchen.

Simply unacceptable
I booked this hotel through Expedia one week before my planned stay, and was asked to pay in advance. However, when I arrived at the hotel around 8pm for ckecking-in, the receptionist said me, the hotel was being evacuated because of lack of water. I stayed there waiting for them to find another hotel for me for around one hour, until I decided to look after alternatives by myself. In the first call to a neighbour hotel, I found a place to stay. I asked them in the hotel since when they knew about the lack of water, and they told me since 2 pm in the same day. BUT, they did not call me, did not send any message, any email, did not communicate to expedia, and worse, did not prepare any other alternative in advance for the people that were waiting for their rooms in that day. And to my doubt, when I visited the toilet in the hotel, water there as flowing normally and I could not see any concrete sign that water was missing. In the end, I do believe everything was just a theather and in fact they were possibly overbooked. Simply unacceptable...

Super Team, leckeres Essen, Comfortable Zimmer
Bedingt durch einen kompletten Flugausfall am London Heathrow Airport, buchten wir dieses Hotel. Wir waren mehr als überrascht, wie perfekt dieses Hotel geführt wird. Das Team ist einzigartig und absolut jeder Mitarbeiter ist so freundlich und arbeitet wirklich gerne dort. Wir waren schon überall auf der Welt, aber so etwas haben wir noch nicht erlebt. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur empfehlen, man fühlt sich mehr als willkommen, Danke an Alle die unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht haben.

Sehr schönes und vorallem sauberes Hotel!
Von der Sauberkeit und der modernen Ausstattung waren wir wirklich sehr angetan. Die Preise für das Essen waren auch vollkommen in Ordnung. Kinder essen sogar gratis. Das Hotel liegt etwa 15 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Mit dem Zug ist man in etwa 15 Minuten in London Paddington und erreicht hier per U-Bahn in kurzer Zeit alle Sehenswürdigkeiten. Minuspunkt: nicht ein deutschsprachiger Mitarbeiter

Gute Nähe zum Legoland
Das Zimmer war für eine Nacht in Ordnung. Leider hatte es keinen Kühlschrank und dieser müsste für ein Familienzimmer eigentlich Pflicht sein. Hotel liegt ideal als Ausgangsort zum Legoland in Windsor.

Absolutely loved this hotel. If you’re traveling with kids for Legoland, this is a great choice. They have restaurant where your kids eat free. They have room service, super easy parking and the room has air conditioning. It’s not fancy but it has everything you need for your family. The front desk gave my kids each a gift which was a super nice touch.

Stop gap stay
Cannot fault the staff. Friendly, helpful and attentive. The hotel is in a great location for London or Windsor ie Legoland which was great for us. The room was ok, clean but dated, you get what you pay for and it was a stop gap for us for days out we couldn’t do without a stay over. We ate in the restaurant on the second evening as was late back and food was good, easy to order and kids ate free bonus. Overall I would stay again. But I’d bring my own pillow :)

Not up to usual Holiday Inn's high standards
The room was ok but a bit dated as there were no usb ports or sockets beside the bed. The bathroom's extraction system didn't appear to be working and it was impossible to use the mirror for shaving or makeup. The breakfast was not worth the money being charged

Great nights stay in the perfect location
Stayed here as it was near to Legoland. It was also only a few minutes drive to Slough train station which is where we parked for 7 hours for only £8.00. We got the train into Paddington and then to South Kensington to take the kids to the National History Museum. Location couldn’t have been better! Service at the hotel was excellent from the minute we arrived. Rooms were comfortable and spacious for a family of 4. Restaurants for breakfast and dinner were good and reasonably priced. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone heading to Legoland.
