🏡 Welcome to your house in Sliema! Step off the street through your own door into a hall that means business: a gold console with a marble top, an oversized gold mirror, blue-and-gold ginger jars and a dark slat feature wall, with a private staircase rising to the floors above. It feels like a house, because it is one.

🍳 Kitchen
Warm walnut-toned cabinetry against a glossy mosaic splashback, with a white stone-look worktop. Induction hob and a built-in Midea oven with an extractor above, a Moulinex air fryer, a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, a kettle and a full-size Samsung fridge-freezer. Drawers come stocked: pans, pots, a knife set, crockery for eight, espresso cups, wine glasses and a chopping board — enough to cook properly, not just reheat.

🍽️ Dining & Breakfast Bar
A dark wood dining table sits beside sliding glass doors to the courtyard, under a round gold-framed mirror and a wood slat wall. Opposite it, a long breakfast bar with four quilted stools gives you a second place to gather — coffee in the morning, drinks before you head out.

🛏️ Bedrooms
Three bedrooms, and all three are en-suite. Each has air conditioning with its own remote, blackout curtains, a full-length mirror, bedside tables with lamps and a wall-mounted TV.
• A double with a carved dark-walnut headboard, matching bedside tables, a chest of drawers with mirror and a large wardrobe.
• A double opening onto the traditional blue Maltese gallarija — the room to claim first.
• A twin with two single beds, an oval mirror set between black fluted panels, framed floral artwork, and its own balcony.

🚿 Shower Rooms
Four separate shower rooms for three bedrooms, which is an unusually generous ratio — three of them en-suite, plus a fourth for everyone else. One is a walk-in shower behind a fixed glass screen with a thermostatic rain column and a dark wood vanity; another has a sliding glass enclosure with a large LED mirror; the others pair glass shower enclosures with vanity basins and LED or bronze-framed mirrors. Every one comes with hooks, a toothbrush cup and a waste bin.

🌇 Roof Terrace
Your own terrace at the top of the house, fully open to the sky, laid in warm floor tiles and enclosed by rendered parapet walls. A dark rattan lounge set — two armchairs, a sofa and a low table with cushions — makes it the natural place to end the day.

🌿 Courtyard
At ground level, through the dining room`s sliding doors: a small enclosed courtyard with stone-clad walls and rattan seating. Sheltered from the wind and completely private — the spot for a quiet morning coffee.

🪟 Maltese Gallarija
A real traditional enclosed timber balcony in bright blue on the street front, white-painted inside with a slatted ceiling and casement windows that open. Sit in it and watch Sliema go by — you rarely get to stay somewhere with one of these.

🧺 Laundry Room

Sliema`s promenade runs along the coast, lined with cafés and swimming spots cut into the rock, with open water on one side the whole way. It`s the town`s front garden, and everyone ends up there at some point in the day.

Sliema holds Malta`s densest concentration of shops, restaurants and bars — from the big names at Tigné Point to small local places on the back streets. You will not run out of options.

🏛️ Valletta Across the Water
The capital sits directly opposite across Marsamxett Harbour, so Valletta`s bastions, museums and streets are an easy trip rather than an expedition.

🚗 Sliema is one of the easiest places in Malta to get around from — most of what you`ll want to do is either walkable or a single short ride away.

🚌 Bus
Sliema is a major hub on Malta`s bus network, with frequent services to Valletta, St Julian`s, Mdina and right across the island. For day trips, the bus is genuinely the simplest option.

⛴️ Ferry
The Sliema ferry terminal runs regular crossings to Valletta and the Three Cities. It`s quicker than the road, costs very little, and the approach to the capital across the harbour is one of the best views in Malta.

🚕 Taxis & Ride-Hailing
Bolt, eCabs and Uber all operate here with fast pickups. Straightforward for airport runs, late nights in St Julian`s, or a trip north.

🚶 On Foot
