„The pace was great! Relaxing and so close to the ski resort and to be honest better than the ski resort conditions as we stayed there two weeks to this stay! It was easy to relax after a long day of skiing and hop in the sauna for some added relaxation and recovery. Being able to make our own food was helpful as the grocery stores are not far at all so you can stick in while there! It was secluded but not too secluded :) would def stay again!“

„It was a great stay for our friend getaway! The house had great space for the 5 of us. We loved the downstairs bar area with the pool table. We loved that there were 3 bathrooms! The kitchen was stocked with pots and pans and utensils, and even a crockpot. It was a good stay!! “

„This place was great for a family of 4! Plenty of space! The kitchen stocked everything we needed and then some. Very short drive to skiing. Joey the host was super responsive with any questions I had. There was a nice stocked keurig machine with plenty of tea, coffee, and hot chocolate. The only downfall we had was the beds were super stiff. We would for sure stay here again!“

„Overall stay was nice and conveniently located super close to swimming in Lake Superior and a lot of hiking trails. Only suggestion for improvement I had was maybe making it super clear in listing that this is a split unit with an upstairs unit and downstairs. „The chalet was exactly as described. We found our accommodations perfect for us. We thought we could walk to Lift 1 at Powderhorn, but the road was pretty fast and we didn’t feel comfortable so we did end up driving each day for snowboarding. It was, however, very easy to drive and we still wenback to chalet each lunchtime to eat. We played a lot of games, enjoyed the fireplace, and watched a couple of movies as a family. „Nice place with plenty of room. The kitchen was clean and even had an air fryer and blender. The queen bed was a bit soft for my taste but that is a preference not a requirement. The local bakery, Bread of Life, had wonderful pastries and pasties. Joe checked in with us a couple times just to be sure everything was great. And it was. We were near plenty of great places to hike and enjoy the area. If we come back to this part of the UP, we will be checking here again. “
