âGreat hotel. Unfortunately the hotel and many locations around do not offer any food service before 7:30 pm. If you like to dine early which is better for health you are out of luck. Any many locations are small and do not like walk-ins. In fact they are rather rude about walk-ins. You have to book well in advance. â

âI didnt recieve the key box code in time, was never told that towels and linen needed to be ordered , and the residence has no luggage or ski storage. I would avoid this apartment for ski vacations to Courchevel but the other residences managed by the building seem to be better managed with on site staff. â

âThe apartment had not been cleaned. There was no bedding. We reported this to the number we had and the room got cleaned but there was still no bedding. We went out for dinner and when we returned the bedding was in a bag outside the door so we had to make our own beds at 1 am. Not acceptable. It was also very noisy. Contacted the hotel to see if they would provide a refund but no response. â

Be careful! This same agency have other âstudio to be bookedâ in the region. All look like scam.
Didnât stay more than 5 minutes. Requested a reimbursement the next minute I left with picture attached. Shamelessly saying I canât have any reimbursement 5 days laterâŠ

Con el autobĂșs, en 5 minutos estĂĄbamos en pistas, mejor imposible.El trato con Julian ha sido estupendo, contestando mensajes y preocupĂĄndose de nuestra comodidad.
