„sowohl die Villa als auch der Service waren absolut Weltklasse. Alexander, der sich vor Ort um alles kümmert, war sehr nett und immer für uns da wenn wir Fragen hatten. Die Villa war sauber. Der Ausblick von der oberen Terrasse mit Pool ist sensationell und die Außenküche ein Traum. Nur mit dem Wetter hatten wir nicht ganz so viel Glück und bei schlechtem Wetter ist der Wohnraum für 12 Leute etwas eng. Ansonsten waren wir alle begeistert und können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.“

„Die Einrichtung wirkt auf den ersten Blick vielleicht kitschig. Aber alles in allem ist "Bird" eine wunderschöne Wohnung. Es ist für eine Ferienwohnung bestens ausgestattet. Es wird täglich der Müll geholt, das Bett gemacht und regelmäßig Bettwäsche und Handtücher gewechselt. Das Haus ist an einem steilen Hang und darum ist ein Auto empfehlenswert. Der Weg zu Fuß ist aus meiner Sicht zu beschwerlich. Der Pool ist phantastisch und die Aussicht auf den Sonnenaufgang war jeden Morgen phänomenal. ...

We had to make frantic calls to find out who to speak to. It was midday, had walked from the main road with our luggage, blazing heat, and we had a 4 year old. Eventually, we got in. Despite booking for 3, the room was dark and dismal and beds only for 2. We found a number to call to get more bedding for our 4 year old. There was no maid service. We had ...

„Das Anwesen liegt schön am Hang auf der Halbinsel, oberhalb Olivenbäume, die Terassen (am Haus und am Pool) bieten freie Sicht auf die Bucht und die Stadt Skiathos. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet (Küche hat alles Wesentliche). Der Flughafen ist schnell erreichbar.“

„A lovely weeks holiday with the family in the most perfect villa. Alexander was a great host that sorted what ever we needed. Perfect for families and adults only. The pool and beach are just incredible and waking up with that view every morning was just perfect. We will be back for sure. “

„We stayed for five nights to visit for a friends wedding. Cannot fault a thing. Maria met us at the airport and waited while we collected our hire car then guided us to the villa. She was incredibly helpful from start to finish. As mentioned in previous reviews there was a lovely welcome pack for us on arrival including ham, cheese, cereal, water and wine which were very gratefully received. „As a general valuation a great stay. The cleaning needs to be improved a bit, but a very good villa. The external area is amazing, with the private pool and great sunsets.“

„We stayed in this villa for a week to celebrate my wife’s 60th birthday with our 3 sons and their fiancées. The Villa was immaculate and pretty much as advertised by VRBO. The owner was extremely responsive to any queries and the staff were very attentive with nothing being too much trouble. We did experience some intermittent issues with "cold" showers but this was not a major problem. The pool area was superb and the “private” beach delightful, the villa next door was empty we therefore had ...

"Good Location in Skiathos town. Friendly staff. Room gets cleaned every day. The room is a bit older but mostly kept in good shape. Shower head could not be fixed at the wall. Shower was tiny. "

"The hotel is a very nice small boutique hotel with lovely rooms with sea and harbor view. There is everything you need, including a nespresso machine to prepare some coffee. Unfortunately right next to it there is a cocktail bar that would play loud music until 4am in summer. They offer ear plugs and sleeping masks and the windows are good but it's definitely something to be aware of. "

"Tolle Lage direkt am Meer mit sandigem Privatstrand und kostenlosen Sonnenliegen und Strandtüchern, die am Poolareal abzuholen sind. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt…eine Omelette- und Pfannkuchenstation, sowie griechische Spezialitäten und internationale Optionen. Einfach traumhaft. Das Hotel ist ideal gelegen. Lediglich 15 Minuten Autofahrt nach Skiathos Stadt und Hafen und ca. 20 Minuten zum Flughafen. Die Straßen befinden sich in einem top Zustand und sich leicht mit Auto/Roller/Quad zu befahren. Eine Bushaltestelle befinden sich ebenso in der Nähe Richtung Skiathos/Flughafen und Koukounaries Beach, sowie eine Vielzahl an Retaurants. Einziger Punkteabzug wäre die Sauberkeit im Zimmer. Da gibt es definitiv Bedarf nach oben! Ansonsten immer wieder gerne!!!!"
