This holiday home is ideally situated for exploring Skegness Beach, Fantasy Island, Natureland Seal Sanctuary, Skegness Aquarium and Gibraltar Point Nature Reserve. Plus, you'll have easy access to local shops, restaurants, and entertainment.

Guests have private use of the entire caravan. Self check-in is available, with instructions provided before arrival. A parking bay is provided for the caravan, including disabled parking provision. The parking provision does not mean the caravan itself is adapted for wheelchair access; please discuss any access requirements with us before booking.

Summer Dreams sleeps up to six guests in one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. There is one shower room with a shower, toilet and basin, plus a separate toilet room. The open-plan kitchen and lounge include a separate dining area which can also be used for a laptop; there is no dedicated office or workspace. Bed linen, pillows and towels are included.

Standard check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is by 10 am. Early check-in from 1 pm and late check-out until noon may be available on request, subject to availability. Please ask us before making plans.
