Bathroom seems to be new, the house is clean and in a beautiful environment. Tram station is very near by, so it was very easy to get everywhere we wanted to. Right around the corner there is a street with lots of tapas bars where we ate most nights for local flavor. The apartment itself is on a quiet street.
