Great location and pet friendly
Matt is an excellent host and great communicator. The house itself is not fancy but has everything you need. Location is great. Great place to stay with dogs. The one and only disappointment was that there was nowhere to hang clothes in each of the bedrooms and nowhere to place luggage. I personally don’t like having to leave my things on the floor when I’m staying somewhere for five days. Having said that I would happily go back - I’d probably bring my own portable clothes rack and hangers 😊

Sisters Beach Retreat
Our short stay at Sisters Beach Retreat was excellent. Our host Matt was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The property is well maintained and appointed with everything one needs for a get away. Very comfortable. Our little dog just loved the enclosed native garden. The location is excellent - proximity to the beach and boat ramp perfect. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast at Sisters Beach Cafe and General store. We will definitely go back.

Picturesque location
The property was beautiful and the gardens were immaculate. Such a picturesque view from both the front and backyards, highly recommend this property and would love visit again sometime.

Great facilities. Very clean and dog-friendly.
This is a lovely property with a beautiful garden right next to the beach and the boat ramp. The fittings and facilities are modern and everything works well. It is in a very peaceful location and we slept very well in a very comfortable bed. Our dog loved the garden and the tiles and rugs in the living area meant that we could be comfortable having a dog inside. Our trip to Peggs beach was a special hilight.

Great place for a family with a dog
I've stayed here before, we had a wonderful time both times. Has everything you need, well laid out, comfortable beds and furniture and particularly great because it's dog friendly. I'd stay again, it was fantastic.

All you could ask for
The place feels like home, it has everything you could want and then some. Even muffin tins, which my daughter was really happy with ☺️ Location is great, and the atmosphere fantastic. It's rare to find a dog friendly place and this one is really nice, even has a dog bowl in the cupboard. All up a wonderful stay and great hosts.

Great Location
Lovely house to stay at Sister's Beach. Impressed with the back yard suited both the toddler and dog. Great open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. All guests said beds where comfortable. Enjoyed the front deck too. Most definitely would return.

Sister's Beach - lovely place to visit.
We enjoyed our 5 nights here. The boat-ramp wasn't the noisy place we had feared (it's opposite the house). The place is quiet, lots of little furry visitors to the back and front yards in the morning and afternoons. Very well equipped kitchen and house generally. Toys, books, high chair (if needed), washing machine and dryer. If sunlight wakes you up in the mornings be prepared for morning light from about 5:00am coming the large front windows. Rocky coast wonderful for exploring and not far away a lovely family beach including a creek for having adventures in.

Home away from home
We thoroughly loved our Sister's Beach stay in Matt's home. The house was well appointed, spacious and very clean. Having our little dog stay with us was a joy. The enclosed backyard is well maintained. We fell in love with the area and were surprised by the geological diversity of the area. Reviews by previous guests was helpful re proximity and the beach (ie rocky shore) in front of the property. The lack of a coffee machine prompted us to venture over to the cafe for excellent coffees and chats with the delightful staff... a great hub for Sister's Beach!! We will be back to stay again Matt. Thank you!!

Nice roomy house, but cosy with a big kitchen, wifi, and big backyard. Close to the beach as well as to other day trip destinations like Stanley and the tulip farm. Good communication with the host. We enjoyed our stay!

Just a bit disapponted
Whilst the house was everything we hoped it would be, and the garden was perfect for our dog, the beach was non existent in front of the house. All rocks and impossible to walk the dog. Nothing like the web page. I realise this is not the fault of the host but felt the pictures should be changed to better reflect the situation. We seem to have missed out on the bottle of wine on arrival that others before us spoke about.? Overall the accommodation was clean and beds were comfortable. Unfortunately no hanging space in bedrooms apart from very small part of wardrobe in one bedroom only. An electric blanket in the middle of winter would have been nice.

Also it is at the far end of Sisters Beach. Having never been there before we were unaware that all the "action" is at the other end of a long beach.

Great place for friends to base for Gone Nuts, where the runners pass the house. Secure garden so dogs don't pester wildlife with a lovely native garden providing privacy. Very relaxing waking to the sound of waves.

Best pet friendly accommodation I’ve stayed at!
What a great spot! The house was equipped with everything we needed for the weekend and despite the terrible weather we still managed to walk across the road to the dog friendly beach for dog walks and swims and a fish off the jetty (caught a few squid!) Huge backyard for our dog to roam around in and he lives sledding the rainy days sitting at the front glass door watching the wildlife go by. Check in was a breeze and we all had a great weekend away :-)

A much-needed weekend away in a little coastal hamlet
Host Matt responded immediately to questions. Check-in was a breeze. Location is great with things to do for everyone in the family, including pup. A magical 45-minute National Park walk begins literally on the doorstep, with stunning coastal views and Indigenous caves well worth a look. We fished and made sandcastles further along the beach and the local shopkeeper let us borrow a screwdriver to fix something we brought with us. No Optus reception but the Telstra Wi-Fi made up for it. Heat pump was nice and warm in the living area.

The house is lovely, cleanish & relaxing except it was raining so you couldn’t sit outside on the deck, DVD player didn’t work or the dryer. The beach is nice & close - 50mtrs & there are bunnys & pademelons hopping through the yard which was awesome. Loved the colours of the house & the kitchen was great. Location was fantastic.
